Just a suggestion, why not give translation for french countries for example ?

Hi https://sports-decathlon.herokuapp.com/sports?q=Swimming doesn't return "Swimming" first. I'm trying to find the sport id out of the sentence "Where can I go $Sport".

In addition to making the current sports list more detailed, we plan on adding an extra layer of children sports. Ex: Soccer (parent) -> Soccer 5 (child), Soccer 7 (child)
